Revani, Turkish Semolina Cake
Revani is a sweet and spongy semolina cake.
For semolina cake;
- 3 eggs
- 5 tbspns sugar
- 1 orange zest
- 200ml. yogurt
- 200gr. semolina
- 100ml. seed oil
- 200gr. flour
For syrup;
- 400ml. sugar
- 500ml. water
- a slice of a lemon
Serve with coconut flakes
